During morning observations, the client complied with instructions to quietly sit in his seat while doing morning work. During midday observations, the client responded appropriately to his teacher by remaining calm and following her specific directions. During afternoon observations, the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while playing a game. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to sit in his seat quietly while doing work. During midday observations, QMHP-C delivered positive reinforcement and prompted him to continue responding appropriately to his teacher in a calm and respective manner. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with additional verbal praise for interacting with his peers while playing a game. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment Services as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client continued to follow directions by quietly sitting in his seat doing his work. During midday observations, the client had a cheerful response and agreed to continue following directions in his classroom. During afternoon observations, the client continued to display a positive and compliant attitude. The client agreed to continue to track his behaviors on his self -monitoring chart.
